Many Science Fiction and Fantasy fans will always remember him as the wizard Akiro and narrator of the<em>Conan<\/em>\u00a0movies. More recently he is known as the voice of Aku, the nemesis in<em>Samurai Jack<\/em>\u00a0along with the closing credits to\u00a0<em>Dexter\u2019s Laboratory<\/em>.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nMuch like Noriyuki &#8220;Pat&#8221; Morita (Mr. Miyagi), he was typecast into playing the \u201cAsian\u201d roles such as Chinese Kung Fu masters or Korean officers on\u00a0<em>M*A*S*H<\/em>. Kind of a bummer that he didn\u2019t have a role in\u00a0<em>Mulan<\/em>\u00a0since Disney was bragging on and on about all the Asian voice actors they cast.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nAnyway, Mako has a great legacy of roles since the early Sixties if you check out his\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/imdb.com\/name\/nm0538683\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><span style=\"color: red;\">bio<\/span><\/strong><\/a>.
