Somara had already left for work and I was trying to get the mental strength (a little harder with my Miette to greet me). Then there was yelling. I couldn&#8217;t make out exactly what was being said but I recognized the &#8220;cop\/authority voice&#8221; when they&#8217;re ordering people to do something.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I braved the driveway to see four Travis County Sheriff SUVs (here, there&#8217;s one office per vehicle) and two officers cuffing a guy lying face down on the sidewalk in front of my neighbor&#8217;s (west of me). I couldn&#8217;t see what was happening with the other person. There was a woman&#8217;s voice assisting the police.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I didn&#8217;t record anything because the sheriffs were being patient with the guy and kind of the other way around too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">More as I figure it out.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I don&#8217;t know the specifics yet, I figure there&#8217;s a police blotter I can read tomorrow which is what I did when the dead, homeless guy was discovered under my overpass\/exit.
