While strolling about Austin’s downtown store, Wild About Music, killing time between Moontower showcases, I found a onesie of the Rolling Stones’ icon. I thought it would go well with my Muppet\u00ae Colby, appeal to his sense of irony in wearing a “Classic Rock” band’s shirt. There’s a little bit of my personality in him. I like a handful of Stones stuff but I tend to think they’re overrated because they’ve never been a strong, original act and ever since\u00a0Tattoo You<\/em>, they became The Rolling Stones, LLC due to touring being their only revenue stream. OK, merchandise would come second but most of us are in agreement, it hasn’t been their music anymore. Can you name a song still played on the radio after\u00a0Tattoo You<\/em>? Right.<\/span><\/p>\n Back to Colby. Like me, he openly expresses a great disdain for the geriatric rockers but unlike me, he wears their shirt to be ironic.
