I wasn&#8217;t really worried. Despite how much 2020 sucks for everyone, suffering from anxiety already had me geared for success. We&#8217;re also past the &#8220;shortest&#8221; day of the year which is pretty mild compared to my friend in Europe. I thought it sucked big time with sunset being 5:30 PM in Austin. In the Amsterdam area, it&#8217;s around \u00a0an hour earlier. I have no recollection of how early it was in North Dakota, my memory has shut out much that hellhole&#8217;s climate beyond the horrible temperatures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It can be pretty rough for others given the burst in suicide activity.
